Bloom Theory sells print-on-demand gift sets through Etsy. All purchases are subject to Etsy's Buyer Policy in addition to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or product unavailability.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and print production.

3. Personalized Items

Personalized and custom-engraved products are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order — we are not responsible for errors in information you provide.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Bloom Theory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no charge. Non-defective returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Personalized items are final sale.

All content on bloomtheory.com — including text, images, graphics, and designs — is owned by Bloom Theory or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
